The way to the solution was a hard days work (2 1/2 hours)!
It's a magazine advertisement from 1956 (Fortune, USA)

It is a bottle of Cutty Sark (obvious) in front
of a sailing ship which is
cutting through the ocean. Included below
and to the left of the bottle are the words
"Scotland's Best" and handwriting which is
really some hard to make out. Also included
in the picture is the phrase "100% Scotch
Whiskies 86 Proof" but again the number
could be 80 as it is also hard to make out.
