Additional Johnnie Walker Information

A key feature of every bottle of Johnnie Walker scotch since 1909 is the Striding Man logo.
It was created by the illustrator Tom Browne to be a likeness of John Walker in traditional attire.
In the former logo up to 1999 the man was walking from the right to the left ("backward").
In the current logo, the man is walking forward (means from left to right),
which Diageo says symbolises forward thinking and the pursuit for excellence.

The striding figure and associated logos are trademarks of DIAGEO
